Friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent bathroom fan system. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a warm welcome. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with plenty of plug points for chargers. The bathroom had an excellent fan system that quickly cleared the condensation after showers.

High room temperature, substandard afternoon tea, expensive evening meal.

We were kinda surprised by the complimentary mini-bar in our super clean room. The hotel's great location made it easy for us to explore the city. The breakfast selection was good with plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel's location was excellent, being right in the center of the city. We were able to easily walk to all of the historical sights and it was also close to the central bus station. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with high-quality bath products. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with friendly and attentive waiters in the dining room and helpful receptionists. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options to choose from, including fresh cold meats, cooked food, and a selection of breads and cereals.

It would have been nice to have a few more English channels on the TV, as most of the channels were in German.

The reception staff went above and beyond to assist us and make us feel welcome. The breakfast provided was of excellent quality and satisfied our appetites each morning. Additionally, the hotel's location within walking distance of the old town in a peaceful area was ideal for exploring.

Good hotel located near the city center. Communication with the hotel before arriving was good, and they arranged a private car to pick me up from the station. Check-in was smooth and my room had luxurious exclusive amenities, including a free mini-bar refreshed daily. the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

The only minor issue was the lack of a swimming pool, although the spa and wellness center were available for use at an additional cost. this hotel met my expectations and I recommend it for those looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city center.
